Don’t complain about a high bill. Just decrease your usage and maybe that will help…duh.

It is so fucked up to shut off someone’s electricity. I understand there are consequences for not paying a bill, but when a person pays as much as they can each month…that should be enough.

I know of someone who prefers to use candles in the evening. She keeps her lights off to save money, and I think it’s insane.
